Secret? What Secret??

Nowadays, I see many people equating being slim to beauty. Girls especially. There are times when I'm asked how to lose weight and so on, there's only one possible answer than I can come up with. And this is the ONE AND ONLY SECRET (probably the worst-kept secret)

Weight Loss = Output - Input

* Output: Energy output, Input: Energy Input

Whether it's exercise until you vomit or not eating until you have gastric, this rule applies. Some people find controlling their food intake is easier while others find exercising easier. It's entirely up to you on which you prefer to use as your method to lose weight

Personally, I find exercising to be a better way to do it. It helps me stay fit and not to mention, develop my muscles. After all, I enjoy eating too much to not eat :)
