From my perspective, I think that being friends means that we're willing to share not only our happiness but also our problems with each other. I put a lot of emphasis on this especially when it's related to BEST FRIENDS because I've met a lot of people over the course of my life, both in Teluk Intan, KL and Cyberjaya. However, I think that I do not really have truly close friends that I can share all my problems with.
As for what other people think about the term FRIENDS, I'm not really too sure. However, some people are not so comfortable with sharing their problems with their friends. Some people might say that but I've faced the problem of people not comfortable sharing their ups and downs in life. From my perspective, I don't really see anything wrong with sharing it with friends as long as they do not let the whole world know about it. I truly don't understand why someone just likes to be secretive about their life.

For me, i have my own way to justify whether he or she is my closer friend. When a person straight away point out my weakness point in front of me n i can accept it with an open hearted, then he is my good friend from my own view.
Friends really need fate. sometimes u can easily have a topic with a person but some u really cant although u try so hard to get close with him. :)
It is optional for us to share our deeper secret with others. There is no right or wrong about it.
I think that those who are unwilling to share their deeper thoughts have their own reason to keep them secret. For me, i rather digest my downs than confide to my friends. No why, maybe i just don't know to talk about my true feeling to the others.
I am still finding a truly close friend who can share my life. ^^
elo... haha... i am here... lol... friend?? i can easily make new friends in anywhere anytime with anyone... but if wanna look for someone who can really share problems with u or cry or shout together one den i got oni few of them... but few of them is better than non of them la... lol...
other than problem sharing, i think one who can chit-chat with u non stop one also can consider as close friend, here i mean 2 ppl sitting together also can have tonnes of things to talk one also can consider very good d... hehe...
emm... then still got another type of friends is... u nd chemical from each other to be crazy... lol... only will be crazy in one big gang one... lol... or maybe few of them are enough... lol...
these are friends i have la... but bout the problem sharing part... emm... maybe not bcoz of friend or not, is bout personality... i hardly can really share my prob with friend one... but i have one or two or 3 of them who i can really share my prob with... maybe bcoz our personality are really similar... lol...

WC: hmm... believing in fate is somehow a little vague. for me, i honestly feel that we can touch people's heart if we try hard enough XD
CP: from what you posted, it feels as though you don't really trust anyone even our closest friends. i know you might not think that way but sounds like you don't trust them enough imo
SY: friends many nvm.. but close friends of course got a few 1 ma.. that's enough lo if got a few close friends. too many close friends means that there's no privacy. btw, if you wanna practise your essay-writing skills, post in your blog more often XD
got no idea what to write... lol... no time also... (lazy... lol)...
just write something that is based on your opinion lo.. i think it's quite simple. plus, you can also write about your feelings
lately other than study is do paper work... what else la... feelingless also... lol... i mean nothg special can let me got the feel to blog... but next week la... my spring break... one week.. might go to new york or go see canada's waterfall... depends on my mom... lol... but after that for sure will update more... blek

for me, it will takes me some time to get close with new friends but once after the "probation" period, the inner self will starts to show.. i enjoy people sharing their feelings even though i am not really good at expressing my own =P Nice to meet you ^_^
